Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking makes optimum use of floor area and roof height while at the same time providing high density storage with 100% accessibility and good stock rotation.
The system is served by a specialized high-lift rotating forklift, designed to specifically operate in narrow areas, which we can also provide. The benefit of this system being up to 50% saving in aisle width when compared to a typical counter-balanced forklift, whilst achieving up to double the stacking height. As the forklift is guided within the aisle the risk of damage is minimized, resulting in lower maintenance.
Very flat floors, close tolerance, carefully located pallets of uniform size and stock location are all prerequisites for successful narrow aisle systems. Floor guidance systems are required, which we can also provide. A forklift height of 14 metres can be achieved, with man-up capability if required.
