Sustainable Offices

We only use premium quality materials and wherever possible seek to incorporate environmentally sustainable workspace concepts designed to achieve a pleasant and productive work environment including insulation, natural light and ventilation, wherever possible. From our experience offices which work best for human comfort also tend to be energy efficient – not to mention the reduced operational costs that can be achieved. A good office environment allows the users to integrate flexible office design with building shell and services (eg. air conditioning, fire protection, lighting, and ceiling systems).

Australian Standards

Our office designs incorporate all aspects of the Australian Building Code and comply with Australian Standards AS 1680. They are installed only by our licensed employees so we can offer an unrivalled product warranty. As many of our office builds are located within noisy warehouses, we can also advise on the right insulation, cladding and glazing required to achieve the recommended decibel range for commercial offices - being 55 to 65 dBA. We can also advise on person to space ratios and ensure the office meets all fire regulations according to Australian Standards AS 2414.
